What protects you
What is agreed in writing before a build starts, and what stays true after handoff.
Confidentiality
An NDA covering your agency, your clients and the work.
Non-solicitation
We do not approach your clients. It runs both ways once signed.
White-label rules
What we will and will not say about the work, agreed in writing before we start.
Access and security
Credentials belong to the account owner. We work at least privilege and our access is removed at handoff unless a support agreement continues.
Documented handoff
You are never dependent on us to understand your own system.
Terms are available on request.
Data and compliance
On most engagements your agency or your client is the data controller and MuteFlow acts as a processor on your written instructions. Where data is stored is agreed before the build, and named in the scope.
Messaging rules apply to SMS, calls and recording: consent, opt-out handling, sender registration and retention are decisions for you and your client, made against the regime you operate in.
MuteFlow implements what the agency and its client instruct, and flags risks in writing when we see them. The compliance decision stays with the agency.
Send us the next build
Tell us the outcome, the platforms, what already exists and when it is needed. You will get questions or a written scope back within 24 hours, and an honest answer if we are not the right fit for that piece of work.
Most agencies start with a paid pilot: one bounded build, defined deliverables, QA and documentation.
